SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Before you hit submit, make sure you’ve reviewed the information below. For your best chance at success with Beelieve, you want to ensure:

 

  • You’re submitting your best 5,000-10,000 words. This is your chance to wow our team and leave us begging for more. Make sure your introduction counts. 

  • Your submission must be in Garamond font, size 12.
     

  • If your work is selected to be published by Beelieve, our process includes professional editing and proof-reading; however, make sure you self-edit your submission and make it the very best you can. Remember, you want to put your best foot forward.
     

  • Make sure your total manuscript is over 50,000 words. We are currently only accepting full size contemporary romance novels.
     

  • If your completed manuscript ends on a cliff-hanger, submit only if the next book in the series is also complete.
     

  • We expect our authors to fully participate in the marketing process to ensure maximum impact. This means you will need to:

    • Establish your online presence. You don't need to be well known or have a large presence, but we want to see that you've began the process. This is something we review and consider before making a contract offer.​

    • Be active in online communities with other authors, and participate and have a positive impact on social media. 
       

  • In certain cases, Beelieve Publishing will consider books that have been previously released or self-published. We define "previously published" as a title that was available for purchase or available on Kindle Unlimited. Author must retain the rights or have letter of reversion from original publisher for previously published work. ​
     

  • Fill out as much of the form as possible when submitting. The more information we have upfront about your manuscript, the better positioned we'll all be to discuss an offer. 
     

  • Submissions will be viewed in order of receipt. We will contact you after our review. Beelieve Publishing will not discuss submissions over the phone.
